The sauna is heated for 7 hours with a meter-long logs and it does not have electric heating elements. The steam lasts for about 12 hours with one heating.

Yes it is. Late in the summer there may be some algae in the lake but it is still safe to swim as long as you wash yourself afterwards. If there is plenty of algae in the lake, swimming may not feel that tempting. Distance to the lake is about 400 meters.
