Programme kitchen Hella accommodates from 8 to 12 “chefs” who get to prepare themselves a meal together with our restaurant chef. Finally, the meal is served in the comfortable Hella dining room.
The cooking process:
The “chefs” are welcomed with Hella welcome drink and we will toast to good food. The program itself starts with a review of the different dishes and their ingredients and by assigning everyone their jobs. Our chef will then go through all the work processes and give some handy tips. The recipes will be given out to everyone and the work can begin. Since delicious food and good wine are inseparable, cooking wine is naturally part of the business.
Cooking takes a couple of hours after which the “chef” can sit down and enjoy the fruit of their work. While dining the guests can discuss the dinner’s wine selection and tell culinary tales.
It is not of course obligatory to cook yourself. The Krapi chef can also prepare the whole dinner of the programme kitchen Hella from start to finish. The guests have a chance to follow the cooking process and to consult the chef. Our waiter, the spirit of Hella, will tell about the wines and is in charge of the dinner procedure.
Hella also organises various courses on gastronomy and wines.
